I wanted to write to thank you for your rather brilliant contribution to AAFDA just recently as we compiled a bid for a major contract.I was so impressed by you Claire.  You brought exceptional skills including compelling and wonderfully concise writing and terrific editing, hugely pertinent knowledge and experience, and a most welcome and brave approach which both gave challenge but also encouraged and accepted it.But more important than all the above, was how you slotted into the team as if you had been there for years! Your manner was so helpful and you also got the best out of each team member with your calm and encouraging ways.  May I say well done and thank you, because you did a fantastic job for us and I feel very grateful.
