STRATEGY
In Government, Claire led the development of several major strategies including two National Service Frameworks – Coronary Heart Disease and Children, Young People’s and Maternity Services – and children's mental health, “Future In Mind”. As a consultant, much of her work has involved developing strategies on violence and abuse, including leading evaluations of multi-agency interventions for preventing or tackling violence.
POLICY & RESEARCH
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a civil servant, Claire developed and implemented policy in a wide range of areas, including children’s services, military health, therapeutic services for victims of violence, as well as a range of clinical services. She has done so by working alongside service users, including children and young people.
Paul devised and implemented the Government HR & Payroll consortium of over 80 diverse public-sector bodies. He also constructed Finance, HR & IT policies for many other public sector bodies.
Both Claire and Paul are experts in programme and project management in their chosen fields, and each has programme-managed multi-million pound assignments.
In addition, Paul is PRINCE 2 qualified, and oversees all project-management work.
